Description:
Rough concrete abounds. What could be a fun park is brought down by two things, the concrete is terrible and you are required to wear a helmet. I believe this is the only outdoor park in the state that requires gear. I've also been kicked out of this park by the cops for not wearing a helmet, so apparently they are serious about it

Other than that, decent masonite-type material on metal structures, couple quarters, bumps, spine and a nice 4 foot mini ramp that is almost as nice as Peter Pan.
